About Us
Dickinson County Healthcare System has served the central Upper Peninsula of Michigan and adjoining counties of Northeastern Wisconsin since 1951. We are a very progressive community hospital and have been continuously expanding services and programs since building a new hospital in 1996. We are defined by a commitment to staying current with medical technology, to providing quality patient care as reflected in our many nationally recognized programs and services, to hiring the best people, and to building a medical staff of primary and specialty care physicians Board Certified in their respective specialties. We are a unique combination of big city technology and infrastructure and small town caring and dedication to our patients, who are also our friends and neighbors.
