Appointments/Registration 

Registering for services at Dickinson County Hospital is easy.  Follow these easy steps and you will be on your way to accessing hospital services.

1.  Obtain a order for services from your physician

2.  Call Central Scheduling at (906) 776-5383 or (888) 482-2345 to schedule your appointment time.

3.  Save time the day of your appointment by preregistering in advance.  Please call (906) 776-5711 or (866) 599-2022 to preregister.  After preregistering you can report directly to the Fast Track office the day of your appointment to provide your signature and insurance cards.

4.  If you choose not to preregister in advance, please arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment time to be registered in our registration team located in the main lobby of the hospital.
