Lifeline
Lifeline is a personal response system offered by Dickinson County Healthcare System. If you seek medical security at home, help will be called at the push of a button. The button alerts Lifeline Central who calls to check on you, and if necessary, will send an ambulance. For more information on this service, call the Lifeline Coordinator at (906) 776-5464.
Satisfaction Survey
You may receive a Patient Satisfaction Survey from this hospital asking you about your stay. We encourage you to fill out this survey. We take pride in the quality of service we provide to you, but we know that there is always room for improvement. We will consider your comments and respond to areas that need attention. Thank you for helping improve our hospital.
Scheduling Outpatient Services
After you leave, you may need to return for outpatient follow-up visits. Sometimes these appointments are made for you before you leave the hospital. If not, you may call our Central Scheduling Department at (906) 776-5383 or (888) 482-2345 to schedule hospital follow-up services.
Pre-Registration Service
Once you have been scheduled for hospital services, we can create your record for this visit if you call us in advance. This will allow us to serve you better on the day of your visit. It will be particularly helpful if you are a first-time patient or any of your demographic information has changed. When calling, please have your insurance information available. Please call (906) 776-5711 or (866) 599-2022 to preregister.
