Ear, Nose, Throat Surgery

The following Otolayrngology (ENT) procedures are performed at Dickinson Memorial Hospital:

• Ear: Insertion of Ear Tubes; Procedures that restore middle ear function and improve hearing
• Plastic Surgery of external ears
• Nose:  Complex and comprehensive sinus surgery; Plastic surgery of the nose and septum
• Throat:  Removal of tonsils & adenoids;  Examination of the larynx to determine cause of hoarseness; Examination of the airways leading to the lungs;  Tracheostomy – creation of an opening in the throat to aid in breathing; Removal of the thyroid gland
• Head & Neck:  Skin Grafts; Tumor Removal / Cancer Surgery; Removal of suspicious lesions
• Trauma Surgery
