Inpatient Surgical Unit

Following your surgery you may need to spend some time in the hospital.  Our inpatient surgical unit is staffed with nurses specially trained in the care of post operative patients.  Nurses in this area have specialty certifications in their areas of expertise and many have attained the national certification (RNC) that signify he or she has met national credentialing standards in his or her field.  Additionally, they are certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). 

Nursing staff provides hourly rounding 24 hrs a day to ensure the highest level of care and patient satisfaction.  Additionally, there is a designated "quiet time" every day during which lights are dimmed and hallway noise is kept to a minimum.
