Visiting Hours

Visits from family and friends are an important part of the care provided at Dickinson Memorial Hospital. We value and respect those relationships and offer open visitation in most areas of the hospital until 8:00pm - including the Family Birth Center. Exceptions to the normal visiting hours are made in special care areas including pediatrics, hospice and the intensive care unit. Care providers for those areas can provide you with more information. 

Visitors who have signs of a respiratory infection (cold, flu) or other communicable diseases are strongly discouraged from visiting hospital patients.  When communicable diseases are prevalent in our community, other restrictions to visitation may apply.
