Education: Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing, with current Michigan license, BSN preferred. BCLS required within 1-3 months of hire.
Experience: 3 years progressive nursing experience with additional preparation in supervision/nursing leadership.

Patient Financial Services Assistant
Performs clerical support functions during the billing and follow up phases of the accounts receivable process. Works closely with and substitutes for the Patient Representatives and the Cashier.
High School Graduate or equivalent.
Must have 1 year experience in a service orientated business organization (healthcare preferred) involving customer service/ complaint handling or problem solving or associates degree/certification in a related field of study.
Experience with insurance billing and follow-up with in the past two years.
Experience posting and researching healthcare payments and adjustments with an understanding of explanations of benefits (EOB) of all payers in a high volume environment within the past 3 years.
Clerical aptitude, including the ability to pass the OPAC Testing with minimum scores as follows: Numeric Testing @ 70%, Alpha Testing @ 70%, ability to achieve 8,000 KPH on the 10-key test. Computer systems experience, including ability to pass computer Data Entry test at 5,200 KPH.
EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT RN POSITIONS
We have current openings for experienced Emergency RN’s. These position will be the afternoon and evening shifts.
This is a dynamic Emergency Department team and we are looking for a Nurse that will enjoy working in a collaborative environment.
Switchboard Operator/ Patient Access Representative
Operates the telecommunication systems to effectively and efficiently address internal and external phone traffic requests, and monitors hospital alarm systems. Obtains complete and correct patient demographic information and inputs that information in the Health Information Management system as accurately and efficiently as possible to optimize the satisfaction fo the patient experience.
Medical Technologist or Medical Lab Tech (Regular Part Time)
Performs laboratory procedures in all areas the general laboratory; responsible for performing and evaluating quality control, performing routine maintenance, identifying and resolving system problems, and assuring the quality of test results; maintains competency in recognizing the interpendency of tests and conditions that affect test results, participates in continuing education, works cooperatively as a member of the team.
We currently have an opening for an experienced night shift POOL RN.
Applicant must have current Michigan RN license, 1- 2 year recent hospital/acute care experience. This position is intended to provide staffing depth to various departments including ER/OB/Critical Care/Med/Surg/Peds.
Senior Network Support Analyst
We are seeking a highly motivated professional to fill the role of a full-time Senior Network Support Analyst.
The successful candidate must have (5) five years experience in Desktop Support (Windows, MAC and Mobile Operating Systems), Software installation / setup, and Server/Network Support (Windows, Unix, Linux Server Operating Systems). Certificates in any of the following preferred but not required unless experience is not met. (MCSE, MCSA, A++, Network+, CCNA, CCNP, VCP, etc.).
This position provides networking products and services to all users within Dickinson County Healthcare System (DCHS). Network development, network software implementation, data security, network product support, system maintenance, system management, support for users of networked and non-networked personal computers, and user needs analysis. Setup/installation of major network components on LAN/WAN/WLAN - File Servers, AD, Routers, Enterprise WiFi, Switches, CSU/DSU's, Firewalls, Storage Area Networks, VMWare, Citrix, Enterprise Backups, Network Switching/Routing (IP and Fiber Channel), etc. Strong skills in Microsoft networking technologies and architecture (Active Directory, Exchange, Clustering, etc) and MSSQL also preferred.
The successful candidate must have played a leadership role in managing data networks and projects.

DICKINSON COUNTY HEALTHCARE SYSTEM in Iron Mountain Mi. has a position for 32-40 hours per week, immediately available for the right candidate in our emergency department and CCC (Convenience Care Clinic). Emergency department experience is preferred but will train the right candidate. Clinicians will work in ED and CCC alongside experienced, emergency trained physicians.
