Materials Management Clerk
Summary: (Summarize primary purpose of job function)
Works under the direction of the Materials Manager. Receives, stores, maintains and issues supplies and materials. Exchanges, replenishes and maintains inventory exchange carts. Delivers requested supplies and equipment to all departments, ensuring proper paperwork is completed.
Reports To: Materials Manager
1. Receives, stores, maintains and issues supplies, materials and equipment from receiving to the storeroom and departments.
2. Exchanges, inventories and replenishes the hospital exchange carts according to procedure.
3. Delivers supplies, materials and equipment to requesting departments.
4. Completes proper documentation and paperwork for all materials management functions, including computer entry of appropriate inventory transactions.
5. Completes errands, such as shopping, delivery of informational packets to board members and weekly shredding of hospital documentation, outside of the hospital premises.
6. Maintains daily contact and communication with hospital personnel and departmental employees.
7. Acts as backup for Data Entry/Expediting Clerk in their absence.
Education: Must be high school graduate or equivalent.
Experience: Must have 6 months experience in 1) inventory control/materials management, and 2) clerical experience.
Other: Must possess a valid driver's license. Must pass OPAC testing with scores of 70% for Alpha Testing and 70% for Numeric Testing.
Must be able to l) follow oral instructions, 2) possess good communication skills to work with all hospital personnel, 3) possess proper telephone etiquette, 4) work independently with minimal supervision, 5) be willing to learn MM computer applications and functions, and 6) drive a variety of vehicles.
MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIST, ASCP
MEDICAL LAB TECHNICIAN, ASCP
We currently have openings for a full time/part-time MT or MLT on rotating shifts, including weekend and holiday rotation. The qualified applicant should be ASCP certified or eligible as a Medical Laboratory Scientist or Medical Laboratory Technician.
Process assigned accounts, identify and resolve complex billing and collection problems, track progress of assigned accounts until they are ultimately collected within established collection guidelines.
We have an immediate opening for one part time Pharmacy Tech.

Patient Access Representative
(2 full-time and 1 part-time positions available. These positions work days, evenings, and midnights).
Obtains complete and correct patient demographic information and inputs that information in the Health Information Management system in accordance with all published guidelines as accurately and efficiently as possible with the main goal to optimize the satisfaction of the patient's experience from beginning to end.
Applicant must have current Michigan RN license, 1- 2 year recent hospital/acute care experience. This dynamic position provides staffing depth to various departments including ER/OB/Critical Care/Med/Surg/Peds. ACLS and Conscious Sedation preferred. Applicant should possess excellent critical thinking skills as well as sound customer service skills.

Senior Network Support Analyst
We are seeking a highly motivated professional to fill the role of a full-time Senior Network Support Analyst.
The successful candidate must have (5) five years experience in Desktop Support (Windows, MAC and Mobile Operating Systems), Software installation / setup, and Server/Network Support (Windows, Unix, Linux Server Operating Systems). Certificates in any of the following preferred but not required unless experience is not met. (MCSE, MCSA, A++, Network+, CCNA, CCNP, VCP, etc.).
This position provides networking products and services to all users within Dickinson County Healthcare System (DCHS). Network development, network software implementation, data security, network product support, system maintenance, system management, support for users of networked and non-networked personal computers, and user needs analysis. Setup/installation of major network components on LAN/WAN/WLAN - File Servers, AD, Routers, Enterprise WiFi, Switches, CSU/DSU's, Firewalls, Storage Area Networks, VMWare, Citrix, Enterprise Backups, Network Switching/Routing (IP and Fiber Channel), etc. Strong skills in Microsoft networking technologies and architecture (Active Directory, Exchange, Clustering, etc) and MSSQL also preferred.
The successful candidate must have played a leadership role in managing data networks and projects.
